Sportsmen have always been torch bearers of ridiculous fads. Few of them overwhelmed us by flamboyant attitude while others managed to mop up our derisive approval, thanks to their weirdo hairstyles and apparel. There were always players who immortalized emotion packed one liners. And there are few who inspired a nation, drenching its people in vicarious pleasure.
Lately, there has been a disturbing trend. A series of high profile public displays of emotion(PDE). Michael Vaughan, former England Captain broke down at his abdication "fucntion". Football players always have a tap of tears, restrained only to be released on a hint of major loss. Roger Federer, arguably the all time best tennis player, has joined the list.
He was pummelled in the Australian open finals. On his turn to speak at the awards ceremony, he promptly turned on the water-works. Here is the picture of this "Man":
A weeping sportsman is an icon of feminized masculinity. Weeping is a symbol of abdication, powerlessness and a fickle mind. The image of "new" man, as published by the liberal retards of media, is devoid of heroism, bereft of responsibility and strength. Such a man is incapable of leadership, either by ability or charisma. These men must be dispatched back to boot camps of age-old manliness. A looser is not a criminal, nor a winner a saint. You loose,as you have performed differently from the norms of the society.
Every to-be boo-hoo boy must be force fed with these primitive facts.
